Prior to joining the López Rodríguez Abogados Consultores, S.C. Law Firm, Francisco worked as a lawyer in the litigation area of important national law firms, providing his services specifically in the labor area for ten years, applying to the Conciliation and Arbitration Board of all the country.

He has extensive experience advising national clients on labor and social security issues, establishing defense strategies in highly complex labor disputes, both in individual and collective aspects, as well as in negotiations with unions. He has also assisted clients in the preparation of all types of contracts and documents in labor matters.
