He is an active member and from 2009 to 2012 he served as Deputy Coordinator and Coordinator of the Labor Law Committee of the National Association of Business Lawyers, Colegio de Abogados A.C. (ANADE).

Advisor and collaborator in labor matters in the Legal Counsel of the Presidency of the Republic (Consejería Laboral de la Presidencia de la República) for the constitutional reform in labor matters.
